Description

Music Production Camp

Turn your ideas into music in this immersive one-week Music Production Camp! Whether you're new to producing or already experimenting with beats, this camp will teach you how to create, record, and mix your own tracks using a digital audio workstation.

Campers will explore the fundamentals of beat-making, sound design, and digital recording, learning how to craft their own songs from start to finish. Using loops, samples, virtual instruments, and effects, students will develop their own unique sound while gaining hands-on experience in modern music production.

By the end of the week, each camper will have produced several beats to share with friends and family. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and get ready to make some music!

True West Summer Film Camps offer a range of filmmaking experiences for students ages 7-14 years old. Led by teaching artists Heather Murray, Jesus Salazar Montero, Sandro Oliva, and Pamela Kennemore, our summer camps reflect our commitment to providing media arts education to students throughout Sonoma County.
